They could work more on customer service skills. I felt more like just another number instead of an existing client. Very transactional and the optometrist assistant was very demanding/almost rude, no please or thank you. They still got the job done but I would be open to going to another place next time though I’ve been an existing client.

I’ve been going to doctor Altig since 2006ish I believe and I’ve always had a great experience! From the reminders for my appointment, for the people helping me pick the right lenses for me, the wrong color came in last time and they let me wear them until the correct color came in!, great costumer service! Great front desk! 12/10 best Eye Doctor ever!

We have been going to Altig Optical since we moved to TX in 2002. We wouldn't go anywhere else. Even when we have to drive from outside the southside of the metroplex

I agree with Stephani Dawson's post about Dr. Reynolds. I experienced the same thing just recently Please stop overbooking her so she can have a better attitude. The staff was great! But because of her demeanor, I am giving 2 stars

I have been going to Altig Optical for around 7 years and have never once had a bad experience. Dr Altig and Dr Reynolds are amazing and courteous. Always professional. Very wonderful staff
