Dr Burke may be laid back in conversation but I think he saved my life. He encouraged me to have a complete hysterectomy though the cancer was tiny. The surgery went exceptionally well and I had almost zero discomfort afterwards. He’s down to earth but is also a marvelous surgeon!!

I first met Dr Burke in late July, where we discussed my options for dealing with newly diagnosed endometrial carcinoma. He understood my anxiety and expedited my treatment when possible. He was thorough and concise, and I felt confident in his assessment. I had surgery, and from July forward he has followed up with me on my recovery, overall health, and current treatments. Prior to every appointment, he was always completely aware of who I was, my case and history, and asked specific questions as to how I felt about my progress. I am grateful that I was treated by this professional, where I always felt valued as a patient.

Dr Burke saved my life 5 years ago. I don't understand these negative reviews. It's like someone is trying to sabotage him. He takes the time to listen to you. He's very professional and a skilled surgeon. I felt so good knowing I was in the best possible hands. It actually took away some of my stress knowing I couldn't have found a better doctor. Please don't be swayed by these nonsensical reviews. He is a wonderful doctor and will treat you right and provide the best care.

Dr Burke is the best gyn/onc I ever saw. He helped me tremendously and did a great job with research and discussions on my rare cancer. the one star reviews are from vicious people who never worked with Dr Burke and are due to an accusation that isn't proven. Go to Dr Burke and make your own decision as he really is fantastic, educated, and caring. He is the kind of Dr who will call you personally to discuss test results, and will answer emails. Truly Dr Burke is fantastic and I trust him implicitly.

This man gave me the serious ick factor. I specifically did not want a male dr but after an emergency I had to see Dr Burke. He was aware of my request not to see a male and was very smug, making several comments that I found upsetting and unnecessary, that he was the one to handle the emergency. The nurse in the room was very disorganized and left the room three times, on his request to get items, which furthered my discomfort. In an emergency you rely on your healthcare worker so I am not sure what was and was not acceptable. When the nurse left he did not stop what he was doing nor did he explain anything to put me at ease. My husband who stayed with me also felt something was off but was dealing with my emotional/pain state and did not know what is and isn't normal under the circum
