I received outstanding care from the Interventional Radiology Department at WBAMC. Dr. Nielson, Nurse Alex, Nurse Raul, Technician Norma, & Technician Eddie were a great team. They were all very professional with great bedside manners instilling me with great confidence in their skill set and knowledge. The 3-hour procedure was flawless and has really improved my quality of life. Thank you!!

I had a WONDERFUL birth experience! The staff made me feel completely safe, comfortable, and cared for every step of the way. They were so kind, attentive, and incredibly informative, answering all my questions. The food was super yummy, and they took excellent care of both me and my baby. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience—I truly felt supported and valued the entire time. Highly recommend this place to anyone expecting!

Only go here if all other options have been exhausted. We recently had a birth of a child and the doctor was panicking about nothing, the nurses acted like they hated us for interrupting their phone activity. Whenever we had a question or didn't immediately believe clear malpractice behavior we were treated even worse. Nothing was prepared in surgery, I watched the nurses and doctors scramble to get an OR ready, dropping things on the floor. The OR doctor looked like he was going to explode with rage at them. After baby was born, the nurses worked tirelessly to ensure that we were kept in the dark about the status of the baby. It was very obvious that they were frustrated that we kept asking what the status was. We had one of the Mother/baby unit night nurses threaten my wife with an "exte

Me and my wife got to WBAMC around 1100 in the morning. Fast forward 8… yes 8 hours later and still haven’t seen a doctor. We just left went to Del Sol and got a bed in 20 minutes. Also, the people who work there are rude, they give attitudes, jerk around, just 0 sense of urgency at all. If you’re under 40 don’t expect to get out in <6 hours. Just don’t go at all. They suck.

In the last few years, I have been to a few different Hospitals that are provided to the Military. This Hospital out of my choices was and has been the best one so far. I recommend coming here for any treatment. As long as your insurance covers here. For every medical issue or treatment. It has met my families and I standards. The Doctors are understanding and listen to the patient. If there is a professional that works there that doesn't do that, then you can't really blame the hospital. Cause there is always that one bad apple in the bunch. But I have yet experienced that issue here.
