I had a sudden, very painful dental issue that was getting worse by the hour. Dr. Munn and his Staff were able to work me in, diagnose the issue and treat it quickly. I got good relief immediately and by the next day, I was completely pain free and able to resume all activities. Though they weren’t expecting to see another patient that day, they were so kind, patient and compassionate. I felt guilty for causing a disruption to their day, but they weren’t hearing any of that and assured me it was no problem and they were just glad they could help me. They took their time listening to my concerns, treating the issue and educating me as to what I needed to do to further my healing at home. I didn’t feel rushed in any way. I knew I was in good hands. Dr. Munn even took the time to follow up

I moved to the area in February 2025 from Atlanta, GA, and chose William B. Munn DDS PC Family Dentistry for dental care. I had appointments on March 3, March 12, March 31, and June 18—and the work done on my teeth was completely mishandled. Shortly after the June visit, I had to travel and suffered through my trip to Charleston, WV due to discomfort and poor-quality dental work. When I returned, I called to have the issue fixed, but was told no one could see me until July 2nd. I couldn’t wait that long and ultimately had to have everything completely redone by another provider. Since February, $1,497 has been billed to my insurance, and I have paid $406.50 out of pocket—for work that had to be corrected elsewhere.
