From my initial consultation to my follow-up appointments, he took the time to thoroughly explain every step of the process and answer all of my questions. He is incredibly knowledgeable and well-versed in the latest optometry techniques and technologies. Dr. Crum's attention to detail and diagnostic skills were impressive. Dr. Crum has been my eye doctor for many years, and he feels almost like a member of my extended family by now. He remembers my family (by name!), my job, my health conditions . . . and he takes excellent care of my eyes. The staff is helpful and friendly, and they are always willing to do a little extra (researching other frame options, for example) to have a satisfied customer. You won't be sorry you chose this clinic.

I am in awe of Dr. Crum's expertise in dealing with the youngest grandchild to my elderly mother is impressive. His knowledge and detail to our eye care gives our large family a secure feeling that our eye care is with the right Optometrist.

I have gone to Dr. Crum for many years and have always genuinely liked him and felt that he did a thorough and conscientious job. But yesterday was the pinnacle of customer service in my opinion, which is why I felt the need to write this review. I came in for a last minute appointment to see if I could find some new contacts that would meet the needs of my ever changing vision now that I am getting older. Dr. Crum had already seen me a few weeks prior to this, but I expressed an interest in getting different lenses just that day to accommodate for the fact that I don’t want to wear readers anymore in addition to my lenses. Excellent place for eye tests using the latest equipment and a doctor who knows what he is doing and really cares about patient outcomes. Been going here for well over a decade. Highly recommended!
