Willapa Harbor Care

I was a guest here for 3-1/2 weeks after fracturing my femur. Everyone was great. The facility was clean. The nurses, CNAs, and aides were professional and caring. The therapists were effective.

After breaking my hip I was transported to Willapa Harbor Rehab. From the moment I entered the facility I was treated with the upmost respect by the virtually all the care givers. They were friendly, kind, and always willing to go out of their way to make sure I was getting the care I needed. With a touch of humor, even under occasional difficult circumstances, the whole staff performed magnificently. Thank you for your help. You guys are my heroes.

I have nothing but good things to say about this facility! This may be too long for some, but this place was a godsend. My elderly mother needed 24/7 care after a critical illness relapse. I didn’t really know what to do so I stopped in this facility which was just a few blocks from where my mom was living. From the moment I walked in, I noticed how clean the facility looked, and it didn’t have that distinct smell I’ve experienced at the other facilities I’ve visited. I spoke to someone behind the desk asking if someone could meet with me as I need help. He took me around the corner and I met Barbra. She took the time out of her busy schedule, listened to all that had led up to where my mom was at and told me they could help, they had a bed for long term care and she would get back to

The staff is well run with compassion and dedication. Barbara who runs the facility showed openness to correct amy issues and a willingness to change issues that affects residents. my mother was well taken care. It is nice to know there is compassion in the greater grays harbor/Pacific counties without having to travel way north. Thank you Barbara for addressing all issues whiley mother was in the care of your facility.oat importantly thank you to all staff who had the opportunity to assist in her gaining her strength to be able to be on her own again.

I came to this facility to get some help with my mobility issues. I arrived not knowing what to expect and scared. From the first night they made me feel welcomed and made me feel that my mobility issues were valid. The most important thing is that they listened to my concerns and made me feel that I had some control over my recovery. I could give many examples of their care but the list would be long. Bottom line is I am so glad I chose this facility to help with my journey to getting well and if you choose this facility to help with your journey you will also have no regrets. Susan Arlint
