The office staff, the gentleman that did the hearing test, and the nurse were all very nice, helpful, and kind. The doctor I saw, however, was a joke. (I believe the doctor was Dr. Z) Biggest waste of a co-pay ever. He didn’t listen to anything I said. The few questions he asked, he interrupted me when answering to try explain what I was saying. He didn’t even look at my ears. He blamed ever symptom I had on migraines and when I tried to explain that the head aches I get are not exactly migraines, he didn’t listen. He put some pamphlets on migraines on the table and said to read them, and there is good info in there. As if I am not fully educated on headaches. I wasn’t even there for headaches. One of the worst doctors I have ever seen. He had a medical student with him and he didn’t even

I took my mother who is 94 in for a hearing test and found out she needed hearing aids. Randy was very patient with her, and explained everything she needed to know and answered all of her questions in a way she could understand. She is not very tech savvy. Randy also noticed a medical condition in her ear and arranged for an appointment with the MD. Everything she needed was all done in one office which was extremely convenient for her. Randy also took the time to answer any of my questions. I highly recommend them.

I am writing for my husband, Larry Ewing. He has nothing but praise for the care, support and good will he has received from this clinic. Staff at all levels are professional, efficient,,supportive and willing to solve any hearing problems he reports to them. He feels extremely fortunate for their care.

I received an audiology exam from Dr. Randy Lerner. He was affable and professional and explained what was happening before, during and after the procedure. Afterwards, he answered all my questions to my satisfaction. I highly recommend Dr. Lerner for audiology. Bruce Farmer, MD (Ret).

Dr. Randy Lerner is very professional, he always listens about concerns and complete with regard to every detail concerning my hearing aids. Always make sure the next appointment is available. He and his staff are very friendly at all times.
