Willacoochee Medical Clinic Mr. John Rowe PA & Dr Marshal Tanner

My husband uses Dr Rowe and he's a good doctor. But his front office ladys are Not. I called them over 100 times today and lines busy and that's BS because he hasn't ever been that busy. But I'm sure there excuse will be the phone line was down. But if nobody in willacoochees phone lines arent down neither are there's.

Dr. Rowe is the biggest joke for a doctor I have ever seen. My grandmother went two weeks without her blood pressure medicine because he would not call it in. She ended up in the hospital and when the hospital called he would not return there phone calls. When my call was returned he told us he would call it in. It still has not been called in. He also would just tell her what she wanted to hear and not what was actually wrong with her. Give your patients straight forward answers not what they want to hear! We are officially done I have called and canceled any appointment she will have in the future. I hope other patients are being treated better than this.

Very hard to get a hold of them, long response time to call you back, I'm going by my friend, what he goes through to get ahold of this doctors office, 😔

It used to be a good doctor.but then you find out the doctor just up and left and. everyone has to find a new doctor or puts a doctor in that has no clue how to treat the patient…. what kind of doctor does that….

they take forever to release records. i’ve been trying to schedule an appointment with another physician for a month now and they’ve requested them twice. still nothing, unfortunately.
