Been trying to get an appointment for over two weeks. They were supposed to call me two weeks ago to let me know if they take my insurance. They never answer their phones. When you try to select the billing option, the voice mail box is full. Abysmal.

They were supposed to send my medicine to the VA. Up to now, they still haven’t done so. I’ve been calling them and most times they don’t answer.

The front office never answers the phone because they are too busy the receptionist stated. However, i have been there to see Dr Strader twice and not once, not once has there been anyone waiting in the waiting area. The only time they might answer is if you happen to call them right at opening or choose the option to make a payment. I was given wrong info about my meds which resulted in me paying for more labs and medication, extending it another 4 months. This makes me think, did the receptionist even clarify with the Dr about my medication when the pharmacist called them to verify my correct dosage? Or did she just agree with the oharmacist because the Dr even questioned when i went in for my appointment, why I was taking 1 instead of 3. I ended taking 1 pill for 4 months instead o

This medical office showed professionalism by the staff and proper care provided by the physician's assistance for a while. I had Covid in January and a girl in the office insisted I keep my appt, even though I said I was ill. Good thing she was fired by the PA, but, PA since, has also become "one of them"; the staff are good liars. The staff will not send out medical Information to the VA (beware veterans) and will not give information to Medicare insurance , after repeatedly requesting it by the insurance. (Low pay, low output by staff) The PA stated would send my prescription to the VA electronically, but never sent it. She never really explained the best way of taking my medication. Dr Strader did but unfortunately he doesn't work in the office, unless the PA is out for the day.

I have been with dr. Strader for almost two years. He himself is a great dr. Takes his time to explain to you about your situation and any other questions you have. But unfortunately his front office has no respect for his patients and will not let you talk to him or his pa if you need to. Will not be going back again. I know it's hard to find an endo. But being treated with no respect is just wrong.btw. dr.starder is only working on tuesday and seems that he probaly will retire soon so good luck on who ever takes over..
