Worst staff I’ve ever encountered and the lack of follow through and closing the loop here is dangerous. Please go somewhere that has quality guidelines. This is unfortunate because Dr Spencer Campbell is amazing.

Dr. Spencer is seriously AWESOME! I’ve seen a few endocrinologist and he is by far the best I’ve had. Not only does he listen to your issues but he also does his best to treat them accordingly! The nurses are also very sweet ladies and work fast on refills. Highly recommend this place.

Took 2mths to get a referral visit. Received a call to set a date to see Dr. Campbell. 2dys b4 scheduled visit I received a reminder call with wrong time. Called to correct matter and spoke with office manager who was rude and accused me of the problem. She made no attempt to correct anything and wanted to reschedule me for FEB NEXT YEAR! I cancelled visit entirely because of her nasty attitude! I have in my computer an emailed confirmation from their office with the original date n time and she ignored this. Perhaps Dr Campbell should check his help and advise them to get off the jerk attitudes! I don't have to lick her azz ! !

Dr Campbell office has been been my doctor for years, and today I try to schedule an appointment to come into the office, and they said they couldn’t schedule me. Which confused me, they told me that I had outstanding past bill due, which I would have paid, because I lived in Oklahoma City and Lawton and travel back in forth . They said they sent me plenty of notices, and they had the wrong address on file for both locations which I told them the last visit to update my address with a address change. I told them that I would be more than willing to pay if I could schedule the appointment. Then they ask doctor Campbell and he said he NO LONGER WANTED ME AS A PATIENT. Which really caught me off guard. I mean I guess I get it that my address is okc now but why the sudden change, he was a gr
