My Mom feels so loved here! We had to move my mother on very short notice. The staff here were incredibly responsive and supportive, keeping us informed every step of the way. They went above and beyond to accommodate our family. We’re very grateful that our mother is now recovering in such an amazing facility with caring staff and excellent support.

I had a very disappointing experience with this care center. The facility may appear clean at first glance, but during the summer months there were noticeable issues inside patient rooms, including ants and roaches, which is extremely concerning in a medical setting. The staff also appears to be consistently short-handed, which affects overall organization and professionalism. While the nursing staff themselves were not the issue and were doing their best, the reliance on registry staff seemed to reflect deeper staffing and management problems. Many of the online reviews seem overly positive and do not reflect my experience, which raises concerns about transparency. Overall, this facility needs significant improvement in cleanliness, staffing stability, and management practices.

I pulled up to Whittier Pacific Care the other day and right away the place looked clean and inviting. When I went inside, the vibe was actually really good — staff were chill, friendly, and you can tell they take care of people the right way. Everyone I talked to was super respectful and patient. You know how some places feel rushed or cold? This one didn’t. It had that warm, family-type energy, the kind of place our parents or grandparents would feel comfortable in. Honestly, I was pleasantly surprised. Solid place, good people, and the facility looks great.

From day one, the team here has been incredibly supportive. I stay in regular contact with both staff and management, and they always make sure I’m up to date on how my family member is doing. Being welcomed so kindly each time I visit reminds me I made the right choice.

My grandma has been here for 2 +years she is happy with the care she’s receiving shoutout to Jennifer when I went to visit my grandma she was very helpful and grama says she’s the life of the party 🎉 my grandma turned 100 years old and the staff put together a big birthday party for her the mayor came out to award her a certificate for her big milestone grama enjoys playing Bingo Hanna does an awesome job keeping the residents happy I’d recommend this place if grama is happy there must be a reason why. Thank you guys for all you do for my queen 👸
