Whittier Hospital Medical Center Emergency Room

This year I got into a bad bike accident on my way to a job interview. I was well taken care of with the help of all the nurses here. I had a deep open cut on my top lip that needed 5 stitches on my top lip and two stitches on the inside of my lip. The nurse Grammy did an absolute spectacular job with stitching up my cuts and now my injury is fully recovered just 4 weeks after the accident. I'm truely blessed to be taken care of by Grammy the best nurse in So Ca :)

We’ve been to this urgent care several times since we moved to Whittier a few years ago, for things like the flu, sore throats, infections, and wounds. We were there as recently as last night, when my husband cut himself with a box cutter while opening a package. We were seen within 15 minutes of arrival, and we left about an hour afterward, having been thoroughly treated and stitched up. In our experience, this place is generally pretty quick about seeing patients. They always seem efficient, attentive, and nonjudgmental. We’ve been pretty happy with our care there.

Scammers! Went due to the recommendations of my primary doctor. Ended up leaving after my vitals were checked aka temperature and blood pressure, had nothing done but my vitals and they charged over $600. The most expensive temperature check imaginable! Scamming people after NOT helping them should be a crime!

I went there feeling like I was going to die couldn't breathe right was very dizzy couldn't sign paperwork so they gave me in their asked a bunch of questions took forever to get my blood done after 5 hours or so they come back and said there's nothing wrong. Wow I'm still feeling it feeling very sick now I get scared just to go to the hospital for them not to help out when there's still something wrong I'm a strong person I could be very sick of all kinds of things and still won't go to the hospital or doctor but when I know it's severely and I go for help and they don't do anything that is not okay for me I need a solution not pop pills that's not going to fix the issue this is the first time for me coming here end this will be The last I wouldn't recommend this place at all.

Took care of my wife with no problems and the were quick about admitting her. I love this hospital I've been here my self
