If I could give them 0 star I truly would. Be very careful of what they are quoting and pay attention to what they want to add on just to make more money off you. As a paying customer I have the right to agree on if I want something done or not but here they will refuse to work on you because they can’t charge you more. They wanted to add some treatment for teeth sensitivity before working on my cavity but realistically I never needed that and have the right to refuse to have that. This office would not give me a quote without it and the dentist refused to work on it without it. I don’t need this additional treatment and didn’t want it but when I asked to speak to the dentist they refused to talk to me to explain why I couldn’t have it done without it. When I originally booked appointments thought it was close to my neighborhood. However I continue to stay because of the relationships built with staff (dentists, office staff, hygienists etc). Very warm and friendly atmosphere, great people. At tines waits may be longer than expected but great people!!!!!

They do not follow up with your insurance, all while you are in pain. They had absolutely no answers to any of our questions of the cost. They do not care about the well being of their patients. I have been suffering for months waiting for them to get approval from my insurance for treatment, and i was the one calling the insurance. They never called back to follow up even though they referred me to another place for the treatment for the root canal because the dentist who does that doesn’t work with my insurance. Went back and still didn’t do nothing not even a call for the follow up. and when I called they had not even submitted it. Very bad experience. The most unprofessional dentist I have ever been to.

Well i dont know where to start, lets start in the most wonderful way & say that the young ladie in the front with a BUEAUTIFUL Los Angeles Dodger ring Wooptiee woop! Lol had a great way of attending me and taking my information and was very respectful in many ways ! :D i want to thank you guys for the way k was treated wven though i am not a regular :D i now will be attending this dental group due to their great service !! Also i want to say that the ladies working in the back as well as the ladies upfront were super cool! Thank you guys so much ! I am very happy to be part of this dental group ! God Bless you all <3
