Nurse Caswell practice’s with an arrogance that dangerously undermines and blurs the lines of professionalism and the hypocrisy of bigotry ,discrimination and ignorance. My daughter ;who is 18 years of age; but is an individual who lives with emotional deficits, is a patient at the clinic where this “ nurse “ practices, and has been since the age of 6. Since my daughter is 18 , they needed her signature for me to have access to her records, Fine , I did the same at her psychiatrist office over a month and a half ago and it is documented that they call me for appointments,meds,etc As I can call regarding my daughter because I am her “ documentation caregiver at SSI.
