Whitestone Pharmacy

The staff has been unhelpful, disinterested in service and rude every time I have sought service, except once when I was told my needs shouldnt be an issue but I'd get a call if there was. I didn't get a call or my life sustaining medication. I spoke with the manager and she flat out told me she refused to help me even with a local doctor to support my needs because my required pain management doctor is more than 50 miles away and its against the law to serve me. Rather than listening to my concerns and issues, she defended her policies and decisions without understanding my questions or concerns. The only issue I ever had was the lack of transparancy in services and follow through. I never questioned their reasons for policies or procedures but with 25 years working in Customer Service, I

Rude girl at the pharmacy counter could be a little nicer. Wish I got a name to make a formal complaint. Too bad there's no other pharmacies close by. Prescriptions are the only thing I'll get there because it's forced

The staff can really be rude and unfriendly at times. I'm not sure why. I wish we had more local options but we don't unless you drive to Oroville or Omak

They're never polite. When they decide to help you after 5 min. No smile, no thank you. Then they decide whether or not you can pick it up. They're always, always running out

I only gave 1 star because I had to. I called because my husband is on pain medication and every pharmacy in Omak was out of what he needed. This pharmacy said they had some but wouldn't fill his prescription because he wasn't a regular customer. Now my husband is going through withdrawals. Thank you Whitestone pharmacy. I feel this is discrimination against st first time customers. Obviously I guess they only need they're friends and family's business and no outsiders. I will be reporting them to the proper higher ups. They need to be shut down!!
