Whitestone Care Center

Whitestone is a blessing for our family. Our aunt receives the best of care. The staff is professional and compassionate with the residents as if they are their own family. The facility is kept very clean and neat. The business office worked with us side by side to complete the admission process. It is our pleasure to share our experience and appreciate everyone at Whitestone care center: thank you for being there for our loved one and our family❤️

My mother recently stayed at Whitestone for rehab. I found the facility clean and inviting. The director gave us a guided tour before mom even got there. The rooms are simple but functional and the half wall between the patient offers a decent amount of privacy. Mom liked most of the food that is cooked in the facility and we were also told we could bring food and they would heat it for her. We didn’t use this perk, but if your loved one is picky, the is amazing. Finally, the entire staff is kind and compassionate, the care she received was excellent. Thank you to the entire staff for being so nice to my mom.

I am preparing for a career in medicine and dentistry. I visited Whitestone to speak with the administrator, Nicole about my senior project. Based on my interactions with Nicole and the way she interacted with her staff and the residents, I can honestly say I would feel that if one of my family members were at Whitestone, they would be in great care. Everyone was happy, there was beautiful music playing, a Bible study group, and lots of other engaging activities. This is especially important to me because my study for my project happens to involve improving quality of life for older populations. It was clear to me that Whitestone is a very loving environment and provides the upmost quality care for its residents.

At Whitestone, my mom was greeted and treated with respect and kindness. The staff goes over and beyond what their job duties are. When I was there to see mom, I also was treated with greatness. My mom was at Whitestone at 3 different times of her life. This last time mom was under Hospice at Whitestone. There were non stop staff that checked in on mom everyday to give her a kiss on the forehead, to rub her arm or give her a hug. The caring never stopped. Even though mom passed, the compassionate people will still be there. Mom always told me how nice everyone is at Whitestone and she wouldn’t go anywhere else. Thank you to all the staff at Whitestone for making my mom feel so welcomed while she was there.
