Whitesburg ARH Hospital

Had my last daughter here and out of 4 other hospitals I’d been to, I have to say this one was my absolute favorite! The best dr, the best nursing staff, beautiful clean rooms on the ob floor, excellent food in the cafeteria and the overall experience will forever be recommended by me.

Hospital staff was very nice but I had to reschedule to come back. I live an hour away and I called prior to this appointment asked if I needed to fast or anything else specific. If they had told me I could have been seen today and not had to reschedule. All in all it was a good experience but just not happy about not being able to get closer to an understanding of my health issues today.

The best hospital I’ve ever been to. I have ongoing medical problems and they took better care, more time, more concern, and in general the best I could have asked for. The Drs and Nurses were all very wonderful. I really don’t think they would have treated their families any better than they did me. The listened and followed through with the testing need to help me. It was clean and professional but the touch of care that made it feel as good as it could to be sick.

Awful Experience. No one seemed to know what they were doing, no Bedside Manner. Everyone on staff seemed confused. Emergency Physician seemed like he was inconvenienced to be treating my mother.

This hospital has good doctors and good nurses but my husband was in the hospital there and he had our two daughters staying there with him. They were giving them a guest tray to eat and they came in and said they could only give one guest tray per room so my daughters had to share a tray of food that barley feels up one person to begin with. I wasn’t raised to turn anyone down for food if they were hungry. I just don’t see how they could be that way when his insurance was paying for him to be there.
