I will never forget how they treated me when i was 9 months pregnant. I had to use the bathroom and they wouldn't let me use it. Disgusting treatment to a customer.

Extremely helpful staff! I called to inquire about a specific OTC item and the pharmacist was very helpful and un-rushed. When I went in later in the day, he came around the counter and showed me a few different options along with explanations of each one and the differences between them. I really appreciate the personalized care - not having ever received that at Rite Aid pharmacy! I highly recommend White’s in Southampton 😊

I like the merchandise the store carries, however, I did not have a good experience with the sales assistants. I went in there to look for a face cream and I wanted to read the ingredients of the different creams before of buying one. I think in 5 minutes two different sales assistants approached me twice, each one to ask if I needed help in a kind of rude way and aggressively. I responded four times that I did not need help but I was just reading the different ingredients of the face creams. I really wanted to buy a cream but then I did not feel comfortable and left the store.

The pharmacy team is great. I speak both as a customer and I am a manager at a medical office. The team is very thorough, knowledgeable, personable, and helpful. Especially both pharmacists Jason and Brian, who I have followed as a customer from CVS to here.

Andrew the pharmacist is a wonderful addition to this location. The beautiful store is only complimented by the beauty of the cosmetology department. Truly a fantastic retail location with a staff who cares and dispense compassion.
