Whiteford Pharmacy

I paid for and picked up my topical acne medication from here. When I went to use it, I realized it had not been “mixed” and put in the proper container as it is supposed to be before I get it. When I took it back in they said I didn’t bring the capsule that is supposed to be in the box to mix with, even though I brought the box in just as it was given to me. When I asked why it was not mixed before being given to me in the first place (like it is supposed to be) they said well that was a mistake. I said so I paid for this and I can’t use it because you didn’t fulfill it properly and they basically said that sucks for you. Due to their mistake I am now out of that money and without my prescription until it is due for a refill, with absolutely no effort to make it right on their end.

I have been going here for years and never have had an issue until the other day. I picked up my boyfriend's prescription for an antibiotic the bottle said 20 pills. We didn't notice until the next day that there was only 10. So I called and asked if I could get the other 10. They lady on the phone said they take pictures of the pills when they count them and said we got 20 so she doesn't know what happened but I had to figure it out on my own. She was very rude the whole time and made it seem like I was trying to scam her for more pills like come on. After she got off the phone with me she then called my boyfriend and said she found his 10 missing pills. So she lied to me. I will not be going back there

Great people who run the store!! The owner is so nice and very personal and professional and always willing to help you!! I'm sad they lost the Darlington Pharmacy but at least they still have Whiteford Pharmacy still going and small town pharmacies are so much better!! :)

Nice people, sometimes it's a bit of a wait. They have some cool stuff there though and sell booze.

Prices for everything are higher than they should be. It's a pharmacy selling medicals that should be reasonable, not going to a RoFo, Highs or 7Eleven and paying $6 for banaids.
