I recently had an extremely negative experience with administrator Lisa Stevens at the Whitefoord Clinic that left me feeling incredibly disrespected and frustrated. This individual was not only rude and unprofessional, but also provided poor customer service that is unacceptable in any setting. During my interaction with Lisa Stevens, she was dismissive of my concerns and appeared to be in a rush to end the conversation and seemed frustrated by the fact that her day was interrupted by a patient who had multiple questions. At one point, she became frustrated and hung up the phone on me, unprovoked, which was incredibly upsetting. Our boys have been at whitefoord for a few years now, they started in the 2 year room and now we’re applying for PreK in the coming weeks. Being a my Whitefoord has truly been a blessing to our family. They have an extremely attentive director (Michelle Jackson) and all of the staff has been exceptional. Our boys have learned so much and have grown so much since joining the whitefoord family. The teachers address concerns quickly and will reach out if they see any changes in the behaviors so we can address it at school and home. The evaluations are thorough and help us understand where our children stand against peers and how to help them as they move to the next class.
