White River Health Care

Went to vist my uncle. He has been there for 3 weeks. The staff was nice. They didn't have clocks or calenders in the rooms or come check on him while I was there for 4 to 5 hours. He has a bad stroke. Went to vist him again. He had swelling on his side he had the stroke his leg, his hand.

We held a piano recital for the residents and the activity director met us at the door, had all the residents who choose to attend already there, and the environment was clean , smelled wonderful, and was decorated for the holidays. We met the residents and talked together after the event and shared some refreshments with them, and the staff was helpful, kind, and offered to provide us with things we had neglected to bring to make the evening a success. When residents were tired, they were quietly escorted out to their rooms. Thanks for a wonderful evening White River Health Care. Beautiful new building and the residents were happy. Mrs. Buchanan

I have a family member that is in need of a facility and I ASSUMED this one would be perfect for us. I called several times to talk to someone in charge but kept getting transferred to people that didn’t know anything. I did not leave my number because I didn’t have great service and it’s best for me to call them. Since I never got the help I needed after three calls I ASSUME ITS NOT IN MY FAMILIES BEST INTEREST TO GO HERE!

The Health Care is located further to the west of this location, as this location is my home located at the junction of Calico Street and High Street , Calico Rock, AR. 72519 The address is 305 Calico Street and with the new addressing it would be 195 Chessmond Ferry Road. One and the same.

Family owned nursing home. Been in business for fifty years. Same family ownership.
