White Plains Hospital-Main Entrance

My mom is currently at WPH recovering from a UTI and kidney issues. The staff has been so caring and compassionate from the doctors to the nurses to the tecs to the transporters to the kitchen workers. While every nurse my mom has had has been excellent one in particular, Leah, has been amazing. Any prospective nurse could learn SO MUCH from shadowing her for a day or week. Being a nurse is no easy job but she does it with grace and a smile, knowing what the patient needs. She asks, she motivates. No task is too small for her. If anyone suffers the misfortune of spending sometime as a patient in a hospital having someone like Leah would make the stay less painful and more hopeful.

One of the best hospital experiences I've had. Every single person I've come in contact with, for all of my visits, has been exceptional. During my brief stay, all my nurses were friendly and attentive. My doctors have been incredible, keeping me informed and encouraging me to ask questions. The facilities are clean and spacious. I would recommend this hospital/system to anyone.

I had a horrible experience from being admitted to discharge and having to follow up with multiple appointments after being discharged due to incidental findings from ER testing cat scans,mri. While in hospital contracted rhinovirus with fever and severe coughing. What doctor would want to order a lung biopsy? Oncologist i had to see had horrible communication skills and not very personable.

My name is JOHN INTONATO, I had Spine Surgery on 09/09/25 with Dr. Hillard. Dr is very informative and kind. She's a Great Surgeon. My Evening Nurse Caitlin, Thomas, Day Nurse JJ, and Nurse Assistant Jose were excellent. They're very nice, attentive and made my stay comfortable. They're Great Nurses. I'll recommend this Hospital to anyone in need. JOHN INTONATO

Trash hospital. Withheld a chaplain from my father on his last lucid day. Trash nursing staff left my father soaking in urine while his IV pump beeped for 30-45 minutes at a time. Trash case management team, who approached me as his healthcare proxy about discharge to rehab 12 hours before he died in his hospital room. Trash trash trash.
