These people are great from the minute you walk in the door. I was way behind in dental work. They did a thorough exam and were up front with the costs which were very reasonable. Consistently throughout every procedure the dentist let me know what was gonna happen and frequently asked if I was ok to insure that there was no pain. I have already recommended them to friends and relatives. I plan to stay with White Oak Smiles.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. It appeared to be a difficult task.i came in for a cleaning and had additional work done which they were not prepared for. Several times they had to stop to gather items or get assistance. I came in at 9am and was still there at 1 pm. They actually had to pull someone from lunch break to work on my procedure. They even offered us snacks. The dentist seemed to have a great deal of trouble getting the impression of the crown. The inside of my left cheek was burned by the tool as a result of this. It was at this time that the dentist decided to stop. I think they finally got it right.

Dr. Bali and staff were great with my grandson. She was very thorough and professional. I really appreciate how the office is set up to up to make patients comfortable during any procedure.

I am extremely upset and disappointed with our experience at White Oak Smiles. My 9-year-old son had a cavity and a cap placed on his tooth. A full week later, he was still in significant pain every time he tried to eat and could not chew on that side at all. I brought him back to White Oak Smiles, where they took an X-ray and told us everything looked “normal,” instructing us to just give him Tylenol. As a parent, I knew something was wrong. A child should not be in ongoing pain after dental work, and being told it was normal felt dismissive. The very next day, I took him to an emergency dentist. They showed us that he had an infection in that same tooth, an infection serious enough that the tooth had to be extracted. This was incredibly upsetting and frightening as a parent. I cannot und

Theyre really good. I actually switched from goodland dentistry a couple years ago and I will NEVER go back there again. I love white oak smiles my kids love the staff there too. They're not mean or forceful they're patient and willing to talk to them through what they're doing. One kid has autism and the other has ADHD ❤️
