White Oak Rehabilitation and Nursing Center at Divine

If you or your loved one has been looking for a facility where you could get the best care or rehab services, then look no further. Divine white oak is just that place. The team of friendly and well qualified staff are always onboard to answer your call. Its small size makes it even better to obtain best care at your convenient, there is always some kind of activity going on to keep patient busy. My friend was there for a couple of weeks and got nothing else to say but all positive. House keepers were always there to clean and do the trash. Private rooms are up to date, yet very affordable. Therapist came right into the rooms to assist patients to the rehab and always focused on patient's speedy recovery.

The pictures are the walkway into the room. This place is NASTY I was there today my parent is there. No housekeeping comes in AT ALL my parent is not taken care of. No one came in the whole time I was there and I’m calling the health board tomorrow. It smells like urine as soon as you walk in. I seen a woman MOPPING HER OWN FLOOR! Disgusting place.

The staff here is very knowledgeable and pleasant. I also, enjoy the activities they have here and interacting with the other residents. I am grateful for being able to have a private room.

The staff here are nice and friendly. The therapy department works well with the residents with getting us back on our feet and able to go home.

The place stinks horribly. The lights for the patients are on for a long time before any assistance comes. The communication between the hospital visits and rehab is horrible. The rooms do not get cleaned. Trays of food sit for hours. Toilets are not flushed and gnats are all over the bathrooms. They never answer the phones.
