Been going here for a year now. Love it here. Also my favorite provider is Caroline I always schedule for her when she’s there couldn’t ask for a better doctor for my son

We've had a great experience with this pediatric practice! The doctors and nurses are knowledgeable, kind, and always take the time to answer our questions. A special shoutout to the reception staff—they're incredibly welcoming, organized, and patient, even on busy days. They always greet us with a smile and make check-ins and scheduling a breeze. Highly recommend this office for anyone looking for quality care for their children!

I do not write many reviews but feel the need to share that whenever my granddaughters have an appointment with the Nurse Practitioner Caroline, they are so happy. My daughter in laws say her bright smile puts the children at ease when she enters the room. Caroline takes her time in checking the children. She’s been working at White Oak Pediatrics for many years and therefore it must not be only her experience, but her sweet personality that makes Nurse Practitioner Caroline our family favorite.

The office staff is great! (Nice, accurate paperwork and good reminders) we use Dr botman and my kids like him a lot. But we have seen several of the other drs as well. I like a practice (vs a single dr) because there’s less waiting if you have an emergency. They also do call backs when they say they are going to.

This place believes neither in informed consent, nor your legal right to refuse any single vaccine for your child. I am not "anti-vax." I believe vaccination is a remarkable medical innovation responsible for saving millions of lives. My wife and I are both vaccinated against a number of diseases. But not all medical interventions are of the same quality, and I do not believe the risk of Hepatitis B is comparable to smallpox, measles or polio. Maybe you disagree. That's fine. You have the legal right to vaccinate your child as you see fit, and so do I. But it is precisely this right which White Oak Pediatrics seeks to infringe, at least in my experience. They do this not by outright refusing service, but by putting their thumb heavily and inappropriately on the scale of your decision makin
