White Hall Nursing & Rehab Center

Over the years I've had my father-in-law, Grandma and currently my Mother reside long term at the facility. The staff is caring, kind and responsive to any questions or concerns I have. I trust that they are providing good care every day. They keep me informed of changes they see and communicate with her doctor. The therapy dept is amazing.

My mom came here two weeks ago, and so far she is doing amazing. The staff I spoke with prior to her coming here were compassionate, informed, helpful, and professional. I'm looking forward to the day I can leave the review saying she is ready to come home. For the first time in a very long time I truly believe this. God answered our prayers when we found this place.

Both my father and my uncle were at White Hall Nursing and Rehab for short term rehab. I grew up in the area so it was nice to know most of all of the staff caring for my Dad and Uncle, they were both very pleased by the care there and raved about the therapy team. With my father being younger than most of the population there I was curious to how he would adapt and he loved it so that was a huge for me and our family. They both successfully discharged home from there due to the great care and therapy they recieved at White Hall Nursing and Rehab.

I was there for short term rehab for a little over a month. The nurses, cnas, and therapists were all very nice. I enjoyed the food there along with having my own mini fridge in my room for my family to bring me meals from time to time. They also helped me get set up with Medicaid after I discharged home which suprised me when I was no longer a patient there they were still there to help.

This place is a joke. Do not take your loved ones here if you want them to do better. This place just let my son lay in bed all day. He has a traumatic brain injury and can do almost everything but they never gave him a shower. I would drop him off on Sundays and pick him up on Fridays and he would still have the same clothes on. They practically ignored him
