White Cross Pharmacy - Sandpoint

A medical service provider has a considerable responsibility to those they serve since it affects their clients health. White Cross does not take that responsibiliy seriously and on top of that are rude and make you come in multiple times, each time to tell you it's not ready. Taking a week to fill a prescription is excessive. I've moved all my prescriptions to a pharmacy better able to handle both the quantity of prescriptions and the quality of care.

Great small pharmacy that just focuses on pharmaceuticals and love that they just stick to a small shop of pharmacy/heath related products. The staff is very friendly, they give calls if needed, there’s a drive through, & I never feel like I’m being overcharged like various other places. Wait times are short and they are efficient.

Extremely slow and the cashier makes mistakes ringing things up so we have to go back. UPDATED REVIEW: pharmacy told us Idaho law prohibited them from filling a prescription. We told the prescribing doctor who said no, that's inaccurate. Sent the prescription to another local pharmacy that filled it without issue. Makes me very concerned about what's going on here.

It would be nice if they kept to their posted opening hours - or at least let customers know when they can't do that. Got there a few minutes after they are supposed to open in the morning and the doors are locked. No notice about a reason - but aside from that, the service has always been friendly, so I will still be coming back. Although next time I'll probably try to plan some extra time into my schedule.
