I had the pleasure of meeting Danielle Willer, APRN, who was just amazing. She was incredibly friendly and easy to talk to, instantly putting me at ease as soon as she walked in. She was very knowledgeable, answered all my questions, and gave me several solutions/options. I would absolutely recommend her to my family and friends. Moreover, the reception staff were welcoming, and I was seen right on time, with no lengthy wait.

I arrived and was greeted by a pleasant receptionist. I waited for a short time and was then brought back to the exam room where my vital signs were taken. The area was bright and clean. I was then told that I should not change into the gown because the doctor wasn’t ready for me yet and they didn’t want me to get cold. I have never been given this consideration in any doctor’s office before and was so thankful for it. About 10 minutes later I changed and met Dr Saba. I was being seen for my annual exam. She was professional and knowledgeable. She answered all my questions and never made me feel uncomfortable or rushed. If I could I would give this doctor and office 10 stars.

I have been a long time patient of Dr. Rosenbaum. She’s amazing but my rating is due to the staff. I had an appointment on December 19 and we are on January 7, 2026. I have messaged left voicemails and sent text in regards to my prescription and the staff does not follow through prescription is a part of my hair, my health and my care and unless I actually have an appointment to tell Dr Rosenbaum face-to-face of the issue, it goes unresolved even after in my voicemails and messages asking for a supervisor manager to contact me. This has been a long time issue even after surgeries even after having FMLA as well. It’s always a staff that never follows through and upholds ethical patient communication.

I never took the time to write a review with them after a year of having my child but before that year I was still pregnant and I can tell you the student nurses are the most unprofessional and that’s how they all start as students after rejecting a student to come into the room They still come in and on top of that I had one accusing me of going through domestic violence, which I never once told him anything about, it was his assumption based off my symptoms and my concerns I don’t know what else to say. This was really bad. I had the doctor come in. It was a tall male doctor come in asking me if I’m going to domestic violence because his student nurse you know has advised him and I looked at him and I said I never said that so you have a lot of things going on. Whasn has....ruined my life. I wish I did more research on this company before doing anything with them in 2022. I've been to like 5 different offices and only ONE treated me with the respect and care but it took me over three months to see that facility. It's definitely not this one. Just like the other offices I reviews, this place treats you like nothing. When you needed their help, they were not there for you. I try and call them for help and assistance and they don't get back to you. From reading the other reviews, it seems WHASN is a bust for women's health I, swear. Five offices, and only ONE was great, while the others have massacred my livelihood. I felt some many of my major health concerns could've been remedied better if I went somewhere else than here.
