My experience was great! The woman at reception was fantastic. Long blond hair, sorry I don’t remember her name. Nurses were very professional and attentive! Dr was quick but efficient and provided solid details and answered all my questions. Great experience overall!

Could not possibly have had a better experience for not so great procedure that had to be done. From the second the doctor walked in the room, she made me feel welcomed, comfortable and not anxious. Dr Langer is an amazing doctor! Best doctor ever and best bedside manner!! The most perfect office visit for a procedure!

I have been a patient at this practice for a very long time. I abide by their guidelines to show up 15 minutes or more before my scheduled appointment and this is the second time I have had to wait close to an hour to be brought into an exam room. Also, I was not told ahead of time there would be a student observing. I had to ask why there was so many people in this exam room . I really felt uncomfortable and not cared for. I am strongly considering investigating another dermatology center. Furthermore, I feel my examination was very quick as I was in out in 15 minutes, but waited 51 minutes to be examined ! No apologies either and a front desk support that seems indifferent and unhelpful. Humm…should I get a second opinion?

Everyone at the doctors office is great. Dr. Bloom is attentive and easy to talk to. If something has to go out to the lab he gets back to me with the results within a day or two. He always calls himself. I recommend this Doctors office highly.

Dr. Nychay and his entire staff were wonderful. I am calmer when everything is explained step-by-step. They were more than helpful in that regard. I was very comfortable with the entire procedure and am so grateful to have been referred to this great group for my MOHS procedure.
