I had a great experience at this location. This was my first time here , Victoria at the front was nice and helpful I arrived early and they were able to get me in. I probably sat in the front for 5 mins. Then I met Ahmad , Great energy and he made sure I was comfortable while he took my xray which for me is maybe the second most uncomfortable part of going to the dentist. Lastly Hope the dental hygienist did an amazing job and she answered all my questions and made sure I understood what I needed in order to maintain my beautiful smile . Also, if you live in the West Midtown area this is a very close commute. I will be coming back for my next appointment. Thanks guys

I’m really disappointed in my experience here. The dentist recommended an extraction and also tried to push a deep cleaning (which would’ve been significantly more money). The whole visit felt more focused on maximizing billing than explaining options or being conservative with treatment. On top of that, the appointment took so long that the office literally closed and after all the upselling, they didn’t even perform the cleaning. I got a second opinion soon after, and the other dentist confirmed my roots were healthy and I did not need an extraction. That made me question whether the recommendations here were about my dental health or about running up insurance and collecting extra out-of-pocket charges. I scheduled a routine dental cleaning covered by my insurance with this provider and clearly stated in advance that I had no complaints or existing issues. During the visit, additional services were performed without prior explanation or my consent. The provider also attempted to sell extra services that would have required out-of-pocket payment, which I explicitly declined, as I was only there for services covered by my insurance. After the appointment, I received an unexpected bill for those services. Despite the provider being in-network, I was told the charges were “necessary,” even though they were never approved beforehand. This was my second time coming here. After moving to this side of town, I decided to change Dentist offices. Westside just doesn’t feel like my previous Dentist office. My wife did the same thing and she also agrees. Nothing is ever simple and always feels basically like a sale. For instance, I booked an appointment for a yearly cleaning. I’ve been doing it my whole life. They allowed me to book it. So I go in, they decided that I needed a deep clean and refused to do it because I’d done a cleaning with them the year before. I called another Office close my and told them that I was suggested a deep clean but only wanted a regular cleaning and it wasn’t a problem at all. My wife went in last year for her cleaning. They chipped one of her teeth and she called them asking if they could fix it

The staff here are professional and friendly. I appreciate the treatment plan Dr. Marshall created for me. Each of my concerns have been taken care of in a timely fashion. Dominique has been helpful with explaining insurance and payment options.
