The staff was minimal/unpleasant at best. They made us wait 30 minutes after the time we were scheduled to be here. When addressing the staff with this issue they claimed that “they don’t normally see patients”. If that’s the case then they shouldn’t have messed up the labwork in the first place. Took their time with seeing us and rushed us during the actual fitting we came for. Extremely disappointing.
I had a very pleasant experience and the staff was awesome. Very professional
