It was a great experience! Everyone, starting with the Receptionist, to the lady that explained the entire procedure, Dr. John Contino, and his assistant, were very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. I had one Surgical Placement of Dental Implant. After the shots to numb the area, I felt absolutely no pain whatsoever. After the procedure, the only issue was minor discomfort several hours later and a few times the next day - Tylonol took care of it. Quite honestly, this was less stressful and 'scary' than getting a filling or a root canal. If you need to have a Dental Implant, I highly recommend WestShore OMS, and Dr. Contino. Dr Reed, is a true professional. I was very impressed at how well the office was run, from the front staff administration to the surgical staff in the back. Extremely well organized and the office was spotless. Then there is Dr Reed. He explained my surgical procedure for placement of the implant, as well as the postoperative recovery instructions in a way that is very easy for the patient to understand. I felt absolutely nothing! Being an oral surgeon myself (recently retired), I had no doubt that Dr Reed was the right person to perform my surgery. Extremely knowledgeable and skilled. My daughter had her wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Contino. He and his entire team are just fantastic! I would highly recommend! All employees were super friendly at check-in and check-out. Dental work was great. Dr. Reed and Alicia (not sure if i have her name & spelling correct) were terrific. Couldn’t have been better. Their efficiency and service made my tough visit (an extraction) much easier than I had expected. I highly recommend them!
