Beware.. if you ask questions the whole office gets upset at you. The people working on the kids mouths are not very friendly at all, the only person who was ever friendly was one lady and her name was Alicia. (She was always happy and friendly) Everyone else seemed like they hate their life and don’t want to be there. Not a great vibe or experience.

As an adult patient for the last (longgg) 14 months, I am pleased to say that I am satisfied with the final results of my intricate treatment plan. Dr. Lewis and his staff are not only professional and courteous, but very skilled at helping you rediscover your smile. Their fees are on par with excellent service and when it comes to braces, you definitely get what you paid for. If applying braces was an art form… my doctor would be Picasso!

I am very upset with this clinic. I had scheduled an appointment with them for after. Leading up to my appointment I received multiple appointment reminders via text message. Not one time did any of those ask to reach out to their clinic, nor did I ever receive a phone call saying they would not do what I scheduled the appointment for. Day of my appointment I was checked in thinking it was for my visit. However a lady called me back to let me know that they only “move teeth” they “don’t fix teeth”. They had several opportunities to reach out to let me know and they did not. It was very upsetting to waste my time and an appointment another patient could have had.

Love Westrock, appointments get done very fast and staff is super nice. I have only had braces for about two months and can already see so much improvement! Definitely 5 stars.

West rock is great but my clinician Lydia was the best. She always makes me feel comfortable. I also feel like she knows what she is doing. She’s awesome and every time she helps me it’s a great experience.
