I went in for earwax cleaning and was seen quickly by tech and doctor. Doctor was extremely quick and effective. Very good service, very well organized. In and out in 25 minutes. I would use them again.

From the time I walked in to the Urgent Care office until I left, the walk out feeling to me was, an excellent experience. It was also nice to know we my history was in the system from approx. 5 years ago. Also, the waiting area was spotless and so nice to have water as well as coffee, etc. available during the wait, which was not overly long. I felt the women at the front desk were sincere on their caring.

Staff was so friendly and kind. They made my toddler feel so comfortable in a potentially stressful situation. It was easy to schedule an appointment and we did not have to wait long to be seen. Very happy with my experience.

Don’t bother making an appointment, they don’t honor them once you arrive. Waited over an hour before being seen with an appointment…still here, over 2 hour wait. Never would have come had I known this would be such an ordeal. Don’t do this to yourself. So after over two hours of waiting the Dr told me I needed an X ray, but they don’t have a technician! I’m now at Hartford Healthcare starting all over again!!
