Westport Pediatric Dentistry

I can’t stress enough how much I don’t recommend Dr Lee! We had a very traumatizing experience with Dr Lee pulling out our daughter’s teeth. He pulled out four baby teeth with her crying loudly in pain the whole time. He did give the numbing shot but obviously was not enough. Took about ten minutes but felt like an hour. I should have stopped him and regret not doing so. A complete nightmare for a child AND parent. No apology either. Just creepy, traumatizing and kind of psycho overall. We finally had an excellent experience with a couple more baby teeth being pulled today from a new dentist. It reminded me that I forgot to write this warning to other parents. Dr Lee and the team makes a great pediatric dentistry, so far the BEST in CT and neighborhood areas Wilton, Westport, Weston My son has been going here since 4 years and we couldn’t have asked for more. Great support and Dr. Lee makes time to answer throughly to his patients and always very kind and patient. I wish they were not just pediatric so that I could go there as well. Dr Lee is amazing and the team very friendly and responsive!!

My six children have enjoyed going to Dr. Lee ever since he opened his doors here in Westport. My oldest son had gone through several area dentists, never feeling comfortable with any of them. It was always a terrible ordeal trying to get him into a dentist chair. Dr. Lee is calm and understanding and his work is impeccable. My son isn't hiding in the corner anymore! The staff is friendly and the environment is inviting. I am so grateful to the horrible dentist who gave up on my son and recommended us to Dr. Lee!!

Dr. Lee is the best. You can not get a better dentist anywhere. He is a great with children and families. He is a master practitioner. You will be in great hands. Plus office is very child friendly. My kids never complained. Car entrance is a bit tricky.

The office lacks any kind of empathy or care for patients emergency. They only care about money and overcharge. If an emergency comes up they will still charge you the $65 cancellation fee. With children emergencies happen! It's a shame that such money hungry policies are in place. Update: they called to apologize so I’m changing my rating to 3. I was going to give it a 5 but the office manager literally called to ask me about this post insinuating and assuming it’s me and wanting me to take it down. This made me feel bullied. Also, my kid went back to them b/c they were in the middle of a treatment and I didn’t want to introduce a change. My humble recommendation to Dr. Lee (who is fantastic) is get rid is these “Karen’s” from your office and hire a real personable, customer focused grou
