I’ve had an incredibly disappointing and frankly unacceptable experience with this compounding pharmacy. After receiving multiple calls, I clearly asked to be removed from their call list. Instead of respecting that request, the man on the phone hung up on me mid-sentence. When I attempted to call back, he either hung up again or placed me on hold without saying a word multiple times. Today, I received yet another call asking me to reach out. When I did, the same individual answered and promptly hung up on me the moment I said hello. I called back once more and asked to speak with a manager. He ignored the request and put me on hold again. Got a phone call that my prescription was ready for pick up. I drove over an hour from Stamford (traffic) to Westport because I needed this prescription before the weekend. When I arrived, they told me my prescription was not in stock and to come back. When I got back in my car I received a text that my prescription was delayed. Extremely disorganized operation. I shouldn't have received a phone call saying my order was ready for payment when it wasn't in stock.

My comment was too long to submit to them on the link they sent so I’m posting it here instead: My prescription was placed on 5/3. My doctor told me to expect a call within 2 hours of this medication being ordered. I did not receive a call until mid day on 5/6, and it took until 5/10 for this "delivery". I would have sent the prescription to be filled elsewhere if I would have known it would take a week to obtain with this uncomfortable skin condition. Plus, I never actually received a delivery, despite the driver reporting he re-delivered it later yesterday evening. Initial delivery to the incorrect address of 131 E***n (actual house number of incorrect address but also typed as 133 in initial delivery report-both incorrect) was at 11:40am. Update: we have used them multiple times. They call to verify and receive approval to ship medication and it arrives very quickly. I have been concerned that we may lapse in medication due to its arrival but that has never happened. They were very accommodating with shipping the product to our home. They were also very helpful when I had questions about the order. I will most definitely use them again.

Best Customer Service, called for my RX on Tuesday am and it was delivered late Wednesday afternoon to my home. No shipping charges and excellent price on product. The store clerk I spoke to was so professional and so nice. Will definitely use again.
