Westown Pharmacy

I'd meant to put this review up awhile ago but finally found some time. I was an original customer (my entire family) going back many years-even to when this location was the old 'Bursacks' grocery store some 55+ years ago. We continued to use Westown Pharmacy from 1969 when we moved to the vicinity. A long time Pharmacist there, retired not too long ago who was great! Very 'congenial' even when he was busy-sometimes even by himself. The owners, one of who works at and co-owns the store for a decade give or take, seem more money oriented. The Manager and co-owner (Camel) I personally have always felt is 'full of airs' or often seems arrogant and like he's above people, & I often got a feeling like he was 'smirking' at me. Love this pharmacy they're so helpful and also deliver as well when I have no gas or car issues I hate thebig pharmacies especially cvs all of them never once had a good experience at any cvs and there 3 In my town 1 near my job in a different town and omg Don't go to Walgreens especially the one in colchester CT the pharmacist was awful every time I gave them 3 chances. But west town is so great everyone is super friendly and very helpful n they can deliver if you cant get to your meds

This pharmacy is very good the girls there are great they go above and beyond and treat you like a person not just a number! Kamal and the other fella have really changed since he first took over goes the extra mile and always willing to help when needed westown pharmacy will always be a 5 with me.

Westown Pharmacy is the best around. I can't say enough great things about their staff and service. They are so very people oriented...you are NOT a number, your are NOT just a customer. They truly care about you and for you. They answer your questions with knowledge and patience. Forget the big chain pharmacy where there you are treated poorly. Go to Westown to be treated as a human being. They remember your name quickly and will remember your name when you return. I have gone in with a script from an emergency room visit....there was no 2 hour wait...they took care of me right away. I wiill always remember that day and be forever thankful they are there. They are the best around hands down. Thank you all for everything you do

I can't say enough positive things about this pharmacy! They are easily accessible by phone, no waiting. They do an amazing delivery service for FREE no matter what your insurance is. Please support amazing business
