Dr. Jitka Markova, DVM and her staff are outstanding people! They are all very professional, polite and most of all my dog, Emi, loved them all. I called last minute to get my dog chipped and they were all very accommodating. I highly recommend Weston Lakes Animal Hospital!

I can’t thank Weston Lakes Animal Hospital enough. I was completely panicking after my Chihuahua, Mickey, ate a green grape. Kayleen was so attentive and calm on the phone, and just as kind and efficient when I arrived. Emmanuel, the technician, stepped in right away, explained everything clearly, and immediately took Mickey inside to care for him. That meant everything to me in that moment. Dr. Jitka came out after the procedure was done, showed me the grape they were able to remove, and was incredibly loving, reassuring, and calming. In such a scary situation, this entire team truly saved my dog. I am beyond grateful. 🐶💙🐾Elba

Take your somewhere else , they do not care about animals at all, just the money/ profit of it. Took my dog for an emergency today, Sunday, he was having diarrea with blood. They have told me that they will take me so I Can talk about his situation and that they will pass that information to the doctor and once she/he arrives, they will call me back to drop off my pet. The assistant at no one moment seem like a person that have knowledge on the area, considering he was left on charge of an animal hospital. I have knowledge on the medicine area as well. After that, this person comes back with a full receipt showing a very high number, with a lasting of plenty of things that were not neccesary to check at all, telling me that must be done to have a better context of what exactly my dog ha

I took my Dog pretzel to this office for an emergency visit . The staff and the Dr were amazing with my dog. They took care of our needs and were very knowledgeable with procedures and went over prices in detail. This was a Sunday night. I was grateful I was able to be fit in. I was there a total of 4 hours but they took their time and they were very busy. I’m ok with a wait when everything else it too knotch.
