Weston Family Dental Center

Came in for a routine cleaning. There was an issue with insurance and it got figured out. She said that the insurance didn’t cover gingival irrigation. I told her I don’t ask for that just wanted a routine cleaning can I do the cleaning without it. Receptionist Said every cleaning comes with a gingival irrigation regardless of where i go. She said without it it’s just like only brushing your teeth. I explained last time I was there it was something the dentist recommended because it would be helpful in lieu of a deep cleaning that I couldn’t get cause insurance didn’t cover it. And she was adamant that all routine cleanings come with that everywhere. This didn’t sound right to me and I decided to do a little research. My hygienist Jackie Rodriguez was friendly as always and really helped me out with the staining I had going on. I feel a lot better about their appearance! And office manager Jackie was equally as friendly and helpful. I needed her reminder to replace my toothbrush after my cleaning! :)

My daughter had an unfortunate incident two days ago that left 5 of her teeth chipped. Luckily, she had just become a patient of Dr. Patel's a month or so ago. We called the office first thing the next morning and his wonderful, friendly staff helped get her an appointment that morning. It was my first time meeting the Dr. and I knew she was in great hands. He was very calm and reassuring explaining tooth by tooth how he would repair each. I could see she felt relieved. The assistants and hygienists all helped make this experience better for my daughter with their kind words etc. The Dr. repaired her teeth and you would never know they were chipped. His work is superb!! I am so thankful for Dr. Patel and highly recommend him as a dentist!!!

I had my first visit today, it went smoothly and amazing the whole staff is so nice including the doctor. Gaby cleaned my teeth and did such an amazing job, she has the softest hands! She Also showed me a new way to floss. Overall my visit was great and I highly have been already recommending this place to everyone.

I was hesitant to find a new dentist after I moved to south Florida, but I am so glad that I found Weston Family Dentistry! Everyone is incredibly nice and the atmosphere in the office is fun yet professional. Jackie at the front desk is very nice and welcoming. She answers all the questions I have in a clear way. She has been extra helpful this past week by scheduling me within a day for a necessary dental repair just before the holidays. Dr Patel is an incredibly nice and knowledgeable doctor that makes me feel comfortable and trust him. All of the hygienists and assistants are amazing, and I especially want to recognize Remy. She has helped me this past week to make multiple molds for my bottom retainer while also explaining the process to me. I definitely feel like more than just a p
