I’ve been seeing Dr Sterling for several years and I can’t emphasize enough how much I appreciate the care I get by the doctor and how well I’m treated by the office staff. Like many busy offices, their available appointments don’t always work with my busy work schedule. However, without fail, they go out of their way to help accommodate me as much as possible. As for the care I receive from Dr Sterling, he’s an excellent dermatologist. It’s very rare to find a doctor that goes beyond just the treatment. Dr Sterling always asks how my family is doing and how things are with my work. I look forward to my visits because I know I’m not just a number to him. I will be a patient there as long as I’m living in south Florida and I highly recommend this office.

I am so glad I found this practice. The staff were so welcoming and sweet. Dr Sterling was an absolute hoot and very knowledgeable. He didnt rush anything and took his time with me. Crystal gives an amazing facial and the MA Kylee is just the sweetest person.

The front desk girl with the glasses was constantly on her phone while the phones were ringing in the back-round. I was in the checkout noticing this. If people call this practice and wonder why their phone calls are not getting answered that’s why. The checkout girl was also on her phone but as soon as she saw me she looked up and hid it away to attend me. I also noticed this practice does not have a texting service which is a huge inconvenience. Now I know why the other reviews said the office was outdated. 😬 I wasn’t too big of a fan of the doctor’s treatment style as well. I recommend going somewhere else with more attentive staff. As far as the medical assistant she does not have the chattiest or best personality. It’s as if she just wanted to get you to the room and get rid of you…

Nothing says an office is amazing like walking toward checkout and overhearing a medical assistant trash-talking a patient she had just finished speaking with, alongside one of the front desk staff. Gossiping about patients during work hours—especially immediately after getting off the phone with them—is beyond horrid and creates an uncomfortable, toxic environment. If this is how staff behaves behind the scenes, I can only imagine what happens when no one is listening. Do better.

Two months of waiting for a new patient appointment just to experience absolute dysfunction. This office is a disaster. The front desk staff is glued to their phones, unfriendly, and nearly impossible to understand due to poor communication, which makes even basic check-in frustrating. The doctor feels completely out of touch, the medical assistant is rude, and no one seems to care that patients are even there. Unprofessional from start to finish. Save your time, your patience, and your sanity—do not come here.
