Westminster Village at Allentown

Worst rehab I have seen. Walls need painting, trash in the hallway and rooms, and never emptied. Nurses never answer calls or check on patients. My mother was there for 2 weeks and the sheets were never changed, and only once was she given a shower. oved rooms and never called family. Food was always cold and not to edible. Water given only once a day if that. Senior staff does even know what is written in their operations manual when I questioned them about something. I don't know who reads these reviews, but the state of PA, and the Health Department should give this place a surprise visit. DO NOT GO THERE FOR REHAB.

Words cannot express the gratitude my family and I have for the 3rd floor staff at Westminster. My grandmother was brought there for rehabilitation and unfortunately her health deteriorated and she passed away. The nurses there showed so much compassion toward her and our family during this difficult time. We are thankful that she was in the caring hands of these fine nurses during her last days.

This rehab center is negligent. They failed to treat my father with a UTI and it resulted in sepsis. In ended up in hospice and passed away 3 days after Christmas this past year. They admitted to “dropping the ball” on treating him. This place is definitely disgusting. Killed my father.

My husband was there for not even 24 hours. Worst care ever. Spoke with HR. Was supposed to have nurse supervisor call me, never did. Would not ever send anyone there.

This place is absolutely horrible my mother was there in her last days before she passed and they mistreated her threw her around and didnt take care of her.
