After transferring my prescription to Westlab, I had some questions I did not have the opportunity to ask my doctor, and I was unsure if I could have them answered before starting my treatment. As I called the pharmacy, I was amazed by the customer service I received from Gabi. She promptly took notes of every question to transfer to the pharmacist and the manufacturer. About an hour later, I received a call from the pharmacist, Rowan, who answered each question I had and, with her knowledge and experience, helped me to choose the best way to keep my treatment following my doctor’s direction. It is rare to find people who really care about you, mainly when it comes to unique requests. If you call CVS or Walmart, they will never give you the attention I received from both of them. This pharmacy been filling my RX for 7 months. I live in Lake County and due to my insurance not covering the medication; this pharmacy was able to fulfill my meds at a reasonable cost. I’ve had outstanding customer service. Cassidy has went above and beyond and I’m so grateful.
