Started to get dental care here about a year ago, initially was satisfied with the direction Dr. Martone was going. However, through the initial denture process I started to feel as though I was not being heard when I would bring up ongoing issues with the dentures, both upper and lower, were not working. After listening to her discuss the ongoing process I continued to go through the procedure. Now after a couple of follow up visits and a bunch of money out of pocket, I was requesting a different path as I was feeling the current path was not working. Instead of getting some sort of credit for the huge amount of money already spent I was presented with two different amounts that was huge, again no consideration for having a zero balance with their office and the obvious concerns for my o

Dr. Martone is one of the finest dentists that you will ever find. I had the privilege of learning from her as she was an associate professor at the residency program I attended after Dental School, which happens to be one of the most competitive and advanced programs in the country. You will not find a more caring, knowledgable and dedicated clinician anywhere. She is what we all strive to be as clinicians and as people. She is first class in every way.

I'm in the unfortunate position of needing to pay out of pocket for a root canal - Masshealth does not cover one. Called this place to get an estimate. Receptionist was defensive and refused to give me an estimate and stated she could not give any referrals to a place they would recommend - only place I've called that refused to do either.

I have been going here for years by far the most professional dental center. The staff is so well trained and the Dr. Martone is amazing.
