If I could do no stars I would. They treated my mom like absolute garbage. She was in agony and went to the E.R and the Doctors and nurses treated her like shit. My mother has never taken medication unless ABSOLUTELY necessary and they gave her such a hard time thinking she was wanting hard drugs just because and she was crying in pain and they told her to take Tylenol? Which she already had been taking before she had to go to the E.R ! Treated her like a drug addict and shes fricken 70?!! Then the nurse was threatening her to leave when my mom was waiting for her ride? What a joke. Im so fricken pissed. How dare you guys. Better hope I dont decide to take a drive over there...

Beautiful facility. Check-in process easy and that staff & nurses all very professional. PROBLEM: ER physician was rude, dismissive & totally uninterested in actually having to practice medicine. He acted like it was a great inconvenience, seemed like we interrupted his afternoon nap. Unfortunately, he advised, “ER physicians are NOT trained in diabetic care.” He also stated, “it would be okay for diabetic blood sugars to spike into the 800s and remain there because as long as you feel okay, there is no reason to treat it.” Additionally, he advised: “there is nothing ANY ER can do for you as we would tell you to see your regular(primary) doctor on Monday.” Since today it is Saturday & there is NOTHING any ER anywhere can do to help with complications (from needing to take steroids prescri

While I didn’t come in the ER with a severe trauma, or anything juicy or interesting I was treated and released in a safe manner. The attending physician was extremely dry, distant and extremely uninterested. I will probably brave the trek to another ER next time if able. You were the closest and now I am being treated by specialists to further extend quality of life. While again I may have been sought a different kind of patient, I was indeed in an extreme situation and ended up in a different facility. It’s very difficult for a doctor to treat pain. There are so many factors and complications I am sure the decision is never easy. Thank you for taking the moment to treat me and guide me to basically leave and see my doctor. Twice have had to take a family member here, once after the ER at River Falls turned us away with nothing but some extra-strength ibuprofen. Both times this ER has been able to administer an immediate nerve block.

I went in with mental health crisis. I had seen my psychiatrist last Friday. I may have misunderstood her directions for starting new medication. One of my old medications has severe side effects if one should stop taking it suddenly. The doctor missed this with me. The staff was not well trained, It was made clear they resented what they interpreted as rudeness while I was in a mental health crisis! P.s. I did not call names or swear. They offered a cat scan for possible diverticulitis and a urine sample. I went home researched side effects of withdrawal from Effexor and solved my own issue. I will follow up with Psychiatrist tomorrow.
