This is the worst place ever. Each time I have gone there the front staff is less than professional. For each appointment I arrive on time as scheduled as to not delay anyone. My time is just as important as the next persons. I'm am very sick and tired of getting there on time just to wait to be seen, then when asked to come back to a room, I sit and sit and sit, and no one comes in to say anything. Today, my appointment was at 1:30, I arrived at 1:20, got checked into a room at 1:35 and at 2:00pm no on has come to the room. At 2:05, I put my shoes on and left. I am a Kaiser patient and I will definitely let them know along with my doctor NEVER to send me to this clinic again. The last time my wait was an hour after my appointment and I just refuse to allow that to happen again. And oh my

First impression: The receptionist are very unprofessional. They put their computers in a position that patients checking in cannot see them. They also are eating and drinking in the reception area. Very unprofessional and unapproachable! Won't be coming again.

Can't get through to anyone, started calling at 8am, "after hours" answering service says they are closed. Here it is 9am and still getting the same response. Can't leave a message automated message says "number reached is a invalid account".

As a transgender person I have never been treated with so much respect by both doctors and wait staff
