10 out of 10 not recommend to come get your prescription here at Western Optometric Center. They were very patient with me and answered all my questions. Ask for Yoselin and Carlene for the best customer care. Dr. Tanya was very professional and went above and beyond to find my right prescription.Thank you Western Optometric Center.

I received a print out copy and an emailed copy of my eyeglasses prescription. The printout was wrong and months later I had a really hard time ordering glasses online until the issue was identified and resolved. Nobody ever mentioned to me about the typo. I called the office after recognizing the eyeglasses mistake to verify that my contact lens prescription was accurate and did not receive a call back, or at least with any urgency, after two voicemails. I find this to be extremely unprofessional.

Both the receptionist and the Optometrist were absolutely great. And an excellent choice of frames also. The Optometrist, was always smiling and left me in a great mood. I’m sorry I didn’t catch her name. (i’m guessing it’s Dr. Tanya, from other reviews). And she’s hot!

I have no hassles here my 2 nd time here .glad their open again Dr. Tanya is number 1 .

Been coming here since I was a little kid and they are very Professional and very good on given Solutions I for got my Dr name today but she was very professional and well explaining and Gris today as well she give me solution about my contact lenses and very helpful on explaining payments methods
