Western New York Immediate Care - Orchard Park

Very nice facility, clean and relatively quick service for a Sunday. They were surprisingly busy early when my son and I showed up. Everyone was pleasant and took very good care of my son after he cut his finger wide open. They moved him through, stitched him up and wrapped him up. Great to know they're there if ever needed in the future. Thank You to all essential workers, and our 1st responders, typically underappreciated and seldom noticed......thank you!

I visited Immediate Care in Orchard Park this morning to evaluate a wrist injury. From the moment I arrived I was treated with dignity and respect. From Nicole who took my history and vital signs to Jim who performed the X-rays and finally Andrew, the PA, who coordinated the diagnosis and treatment plan, I felt confident that I was receiving the best possible care. I would highly recommend Immediate Care for urgent medical needs. The providers are professional, knowledgeable, caring and willing to take the extra steps to ensure you leave feeling confident in their skill and comfortable with the diagnosis and action plan for treatment. My son went in as a self pay. He has insurance and didn't have his card. He paid out of pocket. We got a second bill and when I called to ask them to submit to our insurance I was told they cannot submit the bill because he was a self pay patient. This was after spending 35 minutes on the phone giving our insurance info and the person verifying the insurance. He then proceeded to tell me they won't submit to our insurance. I tried calling the the location he was seen at, who referred me back to billing and I also sent an email through the WellNow website which has not been responded to. My son has a $150 bill for labs on top of the $175 he already paid at the time of the visit. Since nobody wants to respond back to me regarding this situation we will not be paying the bill.

After trying to be seen at 2 different WellNows and being turned away (because you have to plan your emergencies and make an appointment), Urgent Care took me quickly and without incident. Staff and providers were helpful, personable, friendly and they listened to me! I felt heard and respected, while receiving excellent care.

The treatment was not only in a timely manner but with such compassion. Katie actuslly took the time to listen to my concerns and answer my questions . Felt very comfortable with talking to her. Thank ypu for tsking such care of me😊
