I had left this practice a few years ago due to having an insurance they didn’t accept. I recently went back and am beyond happy to be back. Dr.Hernandez did a filling on me and she was great. I appreciate her talking to me about each step and answering any questions I had. Her assistant was extremely nice too and has a great sense of humor. The front desk staff is kind and great as well. Looking forward to my upcoming cleaning!!

My experience at this dental office was very upsetting. The receptionist’s behavior toward me felt racially biased and unprofessional. I was made to feel uncomfortable and unwelcome, which is unacceptable in any healthcare setting. Patients deserve to be treated with respect regardless of background. I strongly encourage the office to address staff training and accountability so future patients do not have a similar experience.

Staff doesn't explain what they're doing, I went twice, 1st time they said they couldn't take xrays yet because my old dentist recently took a lot, so they said wait some months & come back. I went back & they started poking my teeth with sharp instruments, telling me my gums were bleeding. I felt no blood, I brush my teeth hard o explained, use dental floss all the time & my gums don't bleed. I kept asking questions & they kept telling me they'll explain when they're done. Then they tell me i have some plaque build up & bone loss, I'm 77 years that's expected, especially with arthritis. So I was then told they couldn't clean my teeth because I need to see their specialist, a peradonist. I asked if their procedure would cure this, I was told no. I asked again to clean my teeth while

We recently moved to WNY. When we first found WNY dental the only available appts were in W Seneca. Our first cleaning visit was fabulous. At that time I would have given 5 stars to Amy and Jeanine (sp) our hygienists. Our second cleaning brought it down to 1 star. We did not have the same hygienists that we thought we had made the appointment with as before. Even though we both have perio cleanings they we not done the same. Mine was rushed and my husband did not have the Perio Charting. BE CAREFUL ABOUT THIS Then Dr Hernandez comes in for a evaluation even though there were no xrays. $65 each for a 1 minute look in the mouth that they did not tell us about. My toothpaste scrip was sent incorrectly as the brand not the generic, which I showed the scrip label to the hygienist and

I don't know how this Branch stays in business. I came in for rework on a tooth because the first job they did did nothing and as I come in today to get rework done they didn't do work. They just pawned it off as needing a root canal and then told me I needed another root canal on the right hand side when I have absolutely no symptoms. And that doesn't even get into the customer service aspect. When I told them I was hard of hearing and can't understand them with those masks on. The one lady took the mask off and it was absolutely no problem understanding her and the dentist was treating me Weird because I asked to be able to understand her.
