Been going here several years now, the staff is always friendly, and Dr. Dogmantis is exceptional. She's very kind, knowledgeable, and I look forward to sharing stories about our kids who are similar ages when I visit! Started bringing my toddler here as well, and Jasmine is just the best with her! She turns her visits into a fun adventure, lets my daughter explore the tools, and explains every step of the process in a way she can understand. My only feedback would be to offer hydroxyapatite treatments. I have fluorosis myself (over-exposure to fluoride when my teeth were forming) and nervous about my kid having the same fate. So being able to trade off between types of treatment would be really helpful.

I was in an extreme crisis and saw Dr. Dogmanits for an appointment at 11am and at 6pm I was back for emergency oral surgery with Dr. Crasto. This team has been working diligently to get me back to health. I’m still a new patient and hope to continue to receive professional and friendly service. I do believe Dr. Dogmanits made the right decision having me come back that night to target and treat the root cause of infection that was starting to spread through my body and causing me other health issues. It’s been almost three weeks post op as of this review, and within the first 24 hrs I started feeling extremely better. As a musician and music educator who’s constantly in front of people, it’s very important for me to have this issue taken care of immediately, and this team has been moving

I was transferred to this Penfield location after the organization acquired my previous dental practice. Since then, it’s been nothing but frustration. My appointments have been cancelled multiple times without proper notice, and the office staff has been consistently unhelpful—especially when it comes to something as basic as accessing my records. This is not how patients should be treated. I'm taking my care elsewhere, and I know I'm not the only one—many other patients feel the same way.

Dental hygienist very kind and helpful. Assisting staff was very rude hounding schedules and timing and commented on my weight.

After a change in appt times, Jasmine was AMAZING and turned a stressful morning into a pleasant experience! I am very grateful for her taking care of me this morning and hope to have her again for my next cleaning.
