Western New York Dental Group Holland

I was asked to arrive early to fill out paperwork before my 2 PM appointment. I was very early more than 45 mins. I was surprised to see a sign saying everyone would be busy until 2. So I waited, a little after 2 I was given paperwork filled it out and handed it in. I waited until I was called back. The hygienist apologized for the wait as it "took me too long to input your information". Then told me she needed to do X-rays and an exam first. I asked if this needed to be done before cleaning, I was told there would be no time to do the cleaning which was the reason I was there. I understand this may be their policy, but why wasn't enough time allocated to do the X-rays , I left because I could not get my teeth cleaned which was the reason for my visit. I do not manage their sche

I just went there yesterday as a new patient, and the staff, the assistant and doctor were completely condensing towards me and treated me as if I wasn't in the room. They made me feel unsafe and made me feel unreasonable because of my anxiety. I dont know what kind of truth they are telling me. I wonder if I should go get a second opinion.

Samantha, Christina, Jade, and Dr. BARTOS Are AN AMAZING Team. So kind, professional, knowledgeable and make you feel like you are a person not just another patient. Dr Bartos takes time to answer your questions and explains everything thoroughly. Going to the dentist can be scary but they put together an action plan and make you feel comfortable. I am really thankful for everyone there.

I was told I needed $10,000 dollars worth of work- when I had seen this Dr at his previous office , I had no problems the previous year - very odd -as I have always been complimented in how great my teeth were. Found a new dentist and didn't need ANYTHING other than a regular cleaning- Thank God I didn't allow any work to be done!!!

I wish I could give 0 stars. Run away from this place as fast as you can. I was told I had countless (they wouldn’t tell me how many) cavities and needed at least 2 crowns- which would have been thousands of dollars. I went to another WNY dental location for a second opinion and I had 1 cavity and wasn’t even close to needing a crown. I have heard multiple dentists say that the Holland office is terrible and recommend my family and I never go back there. Do yourself a favor and make an appointment with the Orchard Park location.
